I developed this site to provide basic facts that will make it super easy for you to eat a more plant-based diet. You won't find a comprehensive overview of nutrition science or any snazzy gourmet recipes here. This is meant for people who want just enough information to get them started—with confidence—in planning and preparing healthful vegetarian meals for their family. I'll also provide links to more comprehensive information if you want to delve a little deeper into vegetarian and vegan nutrition.
